Simon Reddish joined the Durum Capital team in March 2023 as Managing Director, Real Estate. He brings over 15 years of real estate experience spanning various roles from financial analysis, asset management, development and leasing. Prior to joining Durum Capital, Mr. Reddish worked for one of Canada’s largest pension funds and with the largest industrial land developer in Western Canada. Mr. Reddish will be responsible for the strategic growth and long-term success of Durum Capital’s real estate assets.
Mr. Reddish obtained his Bachelor of Business, Property, Finance and Real Estate from the University of Western. He also received a Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation (PGCV) in Real estate from the University of British Columbia.
