Zeke is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and business advisor. He aspires above all to be a passionate and effective team member, from the shop floor to the boardroom table. Zeke began his career in private practice with a leading national law firm before moving into the private equity industry, where he has spent the majority of his career focusing on restructuring, turnarounds and recoveries.
As VP Legal, Zeke oversees the legal function at Durum, providing legal and related business advice on the various projects under the Durum Capital umbrella. Zeke completed his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.), Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees at Dalhousie University.
Outside of work, Zeke is an avid sailor and enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
