Davin is an accomplished planning lawyer, development manager, and business leader. He practiced planning and environmental law for several years with a leading Alberta law firm before starting Water Transfer Alberta and later joining Durum Capital. Davin has provided services and advice to municipalities and developments in Alberta and British Columbia and has led businesses in both private and not-for-profit sectors. He has also sat as a director of businesses and arts organizations.
As a Managing Director, Davin oversees all projects and operations for Durum Developments, including Bow Water & Land and Callisto. In addition to his role as General Counsel, he is responsible for managing legal risk, governance, and internal strategy for Durum Capital and its affiliated entities.
Davin earned his Bachelor and Master of Laws from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Business Administration from Queens University.
