OVERVIEW

Durum has a history of acquiring distressed assets and rehabilitating properties to generate stable cash flows which historically translate into capital appreciation. The introduction of Durum Industrial REIT in January of 2017 allows external investors the opportunity to share in the income produced through real estate investments without buying or financing the properties themselves.

Durum Industrial REIT was formed to maximize value for unit holders through the acquisition and operation of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. Management adds value by acquiring attractive industrial assets and implementing strategic initiatives, such as lowering the cost of capital, to support the intended quarterly distributions, and create the potential for long-term capital growth. Distributions began in June of 2017 and have continued on a quarterly basis.
