OVERVIEW

Durum Industrial REIT (the “REIT”) was formed to maximize value for unit holders through the acquisition and operation of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. Formed in January of 2017, external investors have the opportunity to share in the income produced by industrial real estate investments without buying or financing the properties themselves.

Management adds value by acquiring attractive industrial assets and implementing strategic initiatives, such as lowering the cost of capital. This approach supports the intended quarterly distributions, and creates potential for long-term capital growth.

Distributions to investors began in June of 2017 and have continued on a quarterly basis.
