Durum Industrial REIT has been formed with the objective of maximizing value for unit holders through the acquisition and operation of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. Management adds value by acquiring attractive industrial assets and implementing strategic initiatives, such as lowering the cost of capital, to support the intended quarterly distributions while also creating potential for long term capital growth. Distributions began in June of 2017 and have continued on a quarterly basis.
